Born in MN, and raised in WV, Kayla Jane lets her roots show through her gritty, emotional songwriting and dynamic vocals. In 2005, she made an overnight decision to liquidate everything to the trunk of the car, and become a texas resident to pursue music. Shortly after arriving to Texas, love struck, then marriage and 2 kids, putting that dream on the back burner. 
 When Covid hit, her workforce was laid off, and then dissolved, leading to the decision to chase the dream full time. With every passing month, her followers and opportunities grew. She’s played notable venues such as Del Norte Tacos, Gruene Hall, Cheatham Street Warehouse, San Antonio Rodeo, and the Dunkin Donuts in Oklahoma. She’s also had the opportunity to share a stage with such as, Statesboro Revue, The Damn Quails, Canaan Bryce, and even Third Eye Blind. 
 Kayla Jane’s dynamic vocals, along with her broad range of styles, soulful expression and grit, can only come from digging deep into where her life has lead her.
